आनंद मोहन की रिहाई का रास्ता साफ़ कर दिया है। जी हाँ आपको बता दें कि सोमवार की शाम बिहार सरकार के विधि विभाग ने नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दी है। बता दें कि अब कागजी प्रक्रिया के बाद आनंद मोहन पूरी तरह से जेल से बाहर आ जाएंगे। इसके साथ ही आपको बता दें कि सरकार ने कुल 27 कैदियों की रिहाई का आदेश दिया है। फ़िलहाल आनंद मोहन अपने बेटे चेतन आनद की शादी को लेकर 15 दिनों के पेरोल पर बाहर हैं और इसी दौरान शादी से पहले आनंद मोहन को ये खुशखबरी मिली है।</p> <p><strong>सरकार ने किया कारा हस्तक, 2012 में संशोधन</strong></p> <p>आपको बता दें कि बिहार सरकार ने 10 अप्रैल को बिहार कारा हस्तक, 2012 के नियम 481 (I) में संशोधन किया था। जिसके बाद आनंद मोहन की रिहाई का रास्ता साफ़ हो चूका था। हालांकि ये संशोधन केवल एक बार के लिए ही किया गया है. और इस संशोधन के कारण ही आनंद मोहन के अलावा उनके जैसे सजा काट रहे अन्य 21 कैदियों को लाभ पहुंचा है. प्रावधान के कारण पूर्व संसद के अलावा बाकी के 21 कैदी भी जेल से रिहा हो गए हैं. इस मामले को लेकर गृह विभाग से लेकर जेल निदेशालय और विधि विभाग के स्तर पर मंथन किया गया था.</p> था जेल</strong><br>गौरतलब हो कि इस समय आनंद मोहन गोपालगंज के तत्कालीन डीएम जी कृष्णय्या की हत्या मामले में उम्रकैद की सजा काट रहे हैं. और इसी मामले में आनंद मोहन को मुजफ्फरपुर कोर्ट ने फांसी की सजा सुनाई थी. जिसके बाद आनंद मोहन ने इस फैसले को ऊपरी अदालत में चुनौती दी थी। जिसपर सुनवाई कर अदालत ने इस सजा को आजीवन कारावास में बदल दिया। बता दें कि आनंद मोहन पहले ही जेल में 14 साल की सजा काट चुके हैं पर एक वीडियो भी शेयर किया है, जिसमें सगाई की तैयारियों को देखा जा सकता है. बता दें कि चेतन आनंद राजद से विधायक और आनंद मोहन के बड़े बेटे हैं. इस शादी को लेकर राज्य में काफी चर्चा का माहौल है.</p> में आनंद मोहन की बेटी सुरभि आनंद की शादी हुई थी, इस शादी के लिए शाही इंतजाम किया गया था.सुरभि की शादी में मेहमानों के लिए जो इंतजाम किए गए थे, उसकी काफी चर्चा हो रही थी. चेतन आनंद की शादी में भी शाही इंतजाम किया गया है. चेतन की शादी में भी कई इंतजाम किए गए हैं. चेतन की शादी देहरादून में होने वाली है.</p> <p><strong>गूंजने वाली है शहनाई</strong></p> <p>बिहार के बाहुबली नेता के घर एक बार फिर से शहनाई गूंजने वाली है. आनंद मोहन के विधायक बेटे चेतन आनंद की शादी होने वाली है. चेतन आनंद 3 मई को शादी के बंधन में बंधने वाले हैं. शादी से पहले चेतन आनंद की 24 मई को सगाई होगी.बेटे की शादी में शामिल होने के लिए आनंद मोहन पैरोल पर जेल से बाहर आए हैं.</p>
